Bouldering Wall
Bouldering walls by Blocz are made out of individual wall segments. These wall elements are pre-manufactured, coated with fine sand and sealed in the factory in Chemnitz. The final assembly takes place on-site.
This approach ensures the high quality of the Blocz bouldering walls. The joints between the individual segments are even. Screw heads are not visible.
Blocz uses only the renewable raw material Wood for the substructure. In contrast to metal substructures, climbing holds can be attached anywhere on the climbing wall with Spax screws. Wooden walls dampen the vibrations occurring during climbing better and ensure pleasant acoustics.
• Construction of the bouldering walls according to EN 12572. All assembly materials have been checked by the construction supervision.
• Substructure made of solid timber wood. The Cover consists of 18mm Multiplex panels.
• Multi-layer quartz sand coating for durability. Colored design according to RAL Code.
• Secured t-nuts for the mounting of the climbing holds with a grid of approx 16cm.
• Covering of the bouldering wall, connection to existing structures of the building. Top cover (statically not suitable for top-out).
